As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled holiday experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on website in different environments to ensure system is behaving as expected.
• Identify and document software defects using Jira.
• Follow documented test steps.
• Create test cases.
• Test development tickets and provide sign off before moving into production environment.

Testing Expertise:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
• Certified Tester Foundation Level - ISTQB or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of and experience with test planning, test case design, and execution.
• Ability to identify and document defects effectively within industry's standards.

Domain Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the travel (ideally camping) industry 
• Understanding of business processes and user workflows within that industry is a plus.

Test Documentation:

• Skilled in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Ability to write clear and concise test scenarios and expected results.

Defect Management:

• Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) to log, track, and manage defects.
• Ability to reproduce reported defects and provide detailed steps.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with developers, product managers, and other team members.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.
