This internship is one of the program options within RMC Asia's Cultural Exchange Programs, which also encompass management training and contractual positions at luxury hotels and resorts all over Asia. FRONT OFFICE & GUEST SERVICES - RESPONSIBILITIES
● Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
● Performing and administering check-ins and check-outs
● Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
● Processing guest payments
● Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
● Accommodating general and unique requests
● Understanding all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
● Communicating with all departments to fulfill guest requests
● Handling complaints & diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests
● Other related duties in the front office department

Number of positions: 10
