Buscamos un/a encargado/a con iniciativa, liderazgo y ganas de formar parte de un proyecto gastronómico en crecimiento: una cafetería–obrador take away ubicada en el Puerto de Sóller.

Funciones principales

• Gestión y coordinación del día a día del local.
• Supervisión del equipo y organización de turnos.
• Control de stock, pedidos y proveedores.
• Garantizar la calidad del servicio y la experiencia del cliente.
• Participación activa en la mejora de procesos y crecimiento del negocio.
• Apoyo en el desarrollo futuro del proyecto.

Perfil que buscamos

• Experiencia previa como encargado/a, manager o responsable en hostelería, cafetería o restauración.
• Capacidad de liderazgo y organización.
• Persona resolutiva, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
• Buen trato con clientes y equipo.
• Español e inglés imprescindibles (otros idiomas son un plus).

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on manager/supervisor to join a growing take away café & bakery project located in Port de Sóller.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations.
• Supervise the team and organize staff schedules.
• Manage stock control, orders, and suppliers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and growing the business.
• Support the future development and expansion of the project.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a supervisor, manager, or team leader in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Spanish and English are needed (additional languages are a plus).
