Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role

The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering and Conference Service Managers assisting with contracts, BEO’s, and office administration.
 

What you will do

  • Process all mass and special mailings generated by the catering office or for related catering purposes.     
  •  Maintain all catering files in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • The ability to requisition supplies and collateral through the purchasing system with the proper signatures and put said items in their proper place.
  • Conduct tours of the property with meeting planners and potential clients.

What you bring

  • English language is a mandatory requirement / Greek would be a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Events
  • Microsoft Office & Outlook knowledge is needed
  • Previous experience would be a plus

The hotel also features a Spa inspired by the ancient teachings of Hippocrates with 10 treatment rooms including two couples' suites, fitness and recreation facilities and eight dynamic restaurants, lounges and bars – from "Pelagos" a modern Mediterranean seafood restaurant and "Mercato" an all-day Italian trattoria to "Taverna 37" a beach side Greek taverna.
