Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role:

Get ready for another exciting season of sun and luxury at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens! We are looking for passionate and energetic professionals to join our seasonal team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be instrumental in providing a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they enjoy the finest poolside service.

What you will do:

• Oversee and ensure the high-quality service of guest amenities (towels, cold towels, juices, fruits, etc.) in line with Four Seasons’ standards.

• Assist guests with seating, provide towels, and inform them of available amenities, hotel information, and food and beverage service.

• Escort patrons between pool and spa facilities.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and equipment.

• Serve and clear beverages and complimentary passed items in a professional manner.

• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of pool area equipment, including umbrellas and heaters.

• Stock, restock, and manage towels, juices, fruits, and other essential amenities.

• Operate the hotel computer system to manage sales and complete revenue reports.

• Work closely with lifeguards to ensure safe and secure wet areas.

• Comply with Four Seasons standards of conduct and safety regulations.

What you bring:

• A positive and friendly attitude.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain organization in a busy environment.

• Legal right to work in the European Union.

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is a bonus.
