Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a (Casual) Culinary Clerk.

The Culinary Clerk is responsible for receiving and organizing all incoming goods, food and non-food products for the kitchens. Creates Requisitions daily, up-hold pars, and works closely with the chefs and purchasing department to ensure the products are organized, rotated, and up to standard

What We Look For:

This position is ideal for a team oriented, versatile, well groomed hospitality professional. You will be an experienced professional with recognized engineering qualifications, plus have a good basic knowledge of both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Previous experience in a hotel / hospital environment is desirable for this position. You will also have a flexible schedule.

• Inspects and assists in allocating all goods at the delivery entrance of hotel to determine if orders are correct and of good quality.
• Uses Birch Street system to create requisitions for next day delivery to be allocated in each kitchen.
• Checks invoices for accuracy of delivery and communicates with the chefs of any shortage. 
• Ensure the dry storage room and all walk-ins are kept organized, safe, clean and secured per health code and HAACP standards.
• Attends safety meetings and works with health and safety committee in keeping standards for coolers and dry storage. 
• Assist in the receiving of goods and products during barge.  
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
