About the job
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and records.
- Prepare and compile relevant reports for the security department.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, monitor the CCTV system, and oversee the fire alarm system.
- Actively participate in fire drills and adhere to established emergency procedures. Safeguard the confidentiality of guest room information and follow guest room procedures.
- Handle VIP matters with discretion and professionalism. Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Conduct routine patrols of the resort to identify and investigate any individuals or situations posing a potential threat.
- Identify and remove safety and fire hazards throughout the resort, and promptly notify the relevant department for resolution.
- Execute any other duties as assigned by resort management.
- Inspect and maintain all fire and safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and related items.
- Verify the security of door and window locks and lighting in various resort areas, both during and after regular working hours.
- This includes the heart of the house, F&B outlets, spa, gym, Kids for All Seasons Club, pool areas, Castaway center, retail outlets, and any other designated locations.
- Implement the lost-and-found procedure in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist resort staff in handling unusual guest or employee issues, such as disorderly conduct, theft, accidents, or fire and safety hazards.
- Oversee the issuance of keys in accordance with the master key control procedure.
- Patrol and adhere to security procedures when working in the employee housing complex.
Special Requirements:
The candidate must possess strong swimming skills and a comprehensive understanding of rescue procedures.
Completion of first aid training.
Firefighter training certification.
