ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责
- The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures.
- The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.
- The ability to greet all guests who enter the Spa
- The ability to have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications
- The ability to organize and schedule all guest bookings.
- The ability to operate the Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions
- The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
- The ability to operate the computer, copier, fax and credit card machines.
- The ability to produce all Spa reports as required by management.
- The ability to process outgoing mail.
- The ability to process all charges.
- The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.
- The ability to use guests name appropriately in all situations.
- The ability to copy and distribute materials.
- The ability to upsell treatments to guests when booking.
- The ability to ensure all decoration always looks fresh and to Standards within the Spa reception area.
- The ability to be calm and patient when dealing with guests at all times.
- The ability to handle guest complaints and to notify spa management.
- The ability to Meet/Exceed retail and spa treatment targets.
- The ability to adhere to all Four Seasons Standards and to Meet/Exceed in all Standard Tests undertaken.
- The ability to provide assistance to guests about the retail merchandise.
- The ability to work as part of a team to ensure effective running of Spa department.
- The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- The ability to respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
