We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading by example. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the shop, managing and motivating the team, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness, controlling stock and costs, and helping the business grow. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and is committed to creating an outstanding experience for both our customers and our team.
About you
Previous experience managing a café, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality business.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative.
Experience with stock management, ordering, and cost control.
Comfortable handling opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily operations.
Fluent in Spanish; French
Passion for food, coffee, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
