About the job
Reporting to the Senior Captain / Restaurant Supervisor, the Captain is responsible for overseeing the service in
their designated section of the restaurant.
They ensure that waitstaff perform their duties efficiently and that all customers are well-served.
The Captain works under the supervision of the Senior Captain or Restaurant Manager and assists in training the
FOH team to meet service standards

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry

Knowledge of food and beverage service and dining etiquette

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Strong Customer Service orientation and Customer Service skills
Great management and team building skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Language required: English. Arabic is a plus
