About the job
- Actively assist the head of the reservations department and share responsibility for coordinating the training and development of the team and individual employees.
- Manage individual and group reservations—from initial offer to confirmation—while adhering to the standards of The Leading Hotels of the World, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal quality management system.
- Provide personalized support to our international guests throughout the entire reservation process.
- Maintain and manage guest data in our booking system, Protel.
- Share responsibility for the daily optimization of occupancy and monitoring of target occupancy goals.
- Coordinate and implement rate strategies and booking conditions in close collaboration with the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue management strategies, including price adjustments and loading of rates and packages.
- Monitor and optimize availability and content on online distribution channels (CRS, GDS).
- Process and follow up on commission-related matters.
- Act as a quality management lead for the reservations department.

About you
- You have completed a commercial or equivalent education.
- At least two years of professional experience in reservations or revenue management in the upscale hotel industry.
- You are a lively, well-groomed individual who enjoys interacting with our guests.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- You have excellent command of German, French, and English – additional languages are very welcome.
- Language required: English. German and French are a plus
