Job Description and Tasks: From our new colleague, we expect that he/she will:

• Prepares the ingredients for the dishes and assess the quality of the products/ingredients.
• Applies basic cooking techniques, prepares and presents dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and intermediate quality controls.
• Is responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.
• Professionally supervises assistant(s) and provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods.
• Meedenken over recepturen, menu wijzigingen en efficiëntere werkwijzen
• Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processes
• Supervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.

MBO level 3 working and thinking level (vocational education level 3)

Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Speaks English or Dutch
