About the Position

We are a boutique private hospitality and event hosting environment based in Vienna, organizing a select number of elegant private dinners, cocktail receptions, barbecue gatherings, and social events throughout the year.

Our events take place in an exclusive private setting with an emphasis on refined hospitality, international guests, attention to detail, and a high standard of guest experience.

We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented and well-organized personality with studies or training in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism or Luxury Gastronomy.




Responsibilities
  • Assisting with planning, organization and coordination of private events
  • Supporting the operational flow during events
  • Coordination and assembly of service staff teams
  • Purchasing and preparation of food, beverages and event materials
  • Guest support and service assistance during events
  • Event setup, supervision and follow-up tasks
  • General administrative and organizational support

About you

Candidate Profile
  • Student or trainee in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Gastronomy or a related field
  • Relevant prior experience and qualifications in hospitality, service, gastronomy or event operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Interest in refined hospitality and private events
  • Experience in service or event organization is an advantage
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend events
  • English and/or German


  • Language required: English. German is a plus
