The company
This position involves managing one of the most recognized and well-established five-star hotel properties in Poland.
For more than 16 years, the hotel has maintained its position as a market leader in Gdańsk — both in terms of operational performance and guest reputation. The property has built a strong brand based on quality, consistency, and a high standard of service.
Food & Beverage is a core part of the hotel’s DNA and one of its key differentiators.
The property has recently undergone an extensive modernization process and is currently in excellent operational condition. Ownership continues to invest consistently in both development and quality maintenance.
The hotel is part of a family-owned company operating in the industry for four generations, with strong traditions in hospitality and gastronomy. It was one of Hilton’s first partners in Europe (the second franchise partner), which significantly shaped its operational standards and approach to quality.
This is not a “build-from-scratch” project.
It is a well-established organization with a strong market position that requires stable leadership, continuous optimization, and long-term strategic development.
