At Hilton Prague Atrium, our Meetings & Events business moves fast. High demand, strong competition, international clients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of it — building relationships, closing business, and knowing when to push and when to listen.
The job, in simple terms
Your focus is clear: converting enquiries into revenue — and doing it well.
You’ll be:
- handling incoming event enquiries and turning them into confirmed business
- preparing commercially sound offers that also meet client expectations
- guiding clients through our spaces and helping them bring their event ideas to life
- identifying upsell opportunities in a natural, client-friendly way
- staying on top of your pipeline, deadlines, and follow-ups
- working closely with the planning team to hand over accurate and well-prepared events
