- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Manage reservations and maintain the restaurant seating plan
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover
- Answer guest inquiries and assist with special requests whenever possible
- Maintain a polished reception area and uphold the restaurant's service standards
- Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional first and last impression
