We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a renowned Italian restaurant, nestled in the heart of Zanzibar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing hospitality operations, particularly in tropical settings.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff adherence to protocols and standards.
Enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

About you
Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in tropical or similar environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Work our still to be discussed but most likely from 4pm to 11 pm , six days
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
