About the job
Travaillant main dans la main avec la Responsable Events & Marketing et les autres services de l’hôtel, votre objectif principal consiste à répondre aux demandes des clients Groupes Affaire ou Loisir afin que leur évènement au sein de notre Maison se déroule parfaitement. Pour cela, vous veillez à entretenir une relation privilégiée et personnalisée avec chacun d’eux de la formulation de leur demande à la validation du devis et ce jusqu’à leur départ.
Au quotidien, vous participez également à l’essor de notre Maison et de notre Marque au travers de différentes missions de commercialisation (actions digitales, de promotion, de benchmark et de marketing).
En back office, vous veillez au suivi du bon déroulement des évènements et à la progression ou l’adaptation des actions de développement commercial mise en place tout au long de l’année.

About you
Plus qu’une formation ou un nombre d’années d’expérience, nous recherchons avant tout une personne passionnée et créative, pour qui faire plaisir à ses clients est la première motivation. Votre formation ou expérience réussie dans un poste similaire vous a permis de développer un sens aigu du service, une excellente aisance relationnelle et une bonne gestion du stress. Collaborant majoritairement une clientèle internationale, la maîtrise de l’anglais est souhaitée.
