We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager for an upcoming luxury heritage boutique hotel project in Cusco, Peru.
Hotel La Cascada Cusco is a premium hospitality concept focused on experiential travel, colonial-inspired architecture, wellness, gastronomy and high-end guest experience.
The project includes:
• luxury guest rooms
• rooftop experience
• restaurant & cocktail bar
• wellness & spa concept
• heritage-inspired hospitality
We are looking for a hospitality professional with:
• boutique/luxury hotel experience
• strong operational leadership
• guest experience mindset
• team management capabilities
• international hospitality standards
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating emotionally memorable hospitality experiences within one of South America’s most iconic tourism destinations.

About you
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management
• Experience in boutique or luxury hotel operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Guest experience and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage hotel operations and opening processes
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate/advanced English preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• International hospitality standards knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for experiential and luxury hospitality
- Language required: English. French is a plus
