- Create a rewarding Associate Journey by identifying training needs
- Support the implementation of Hyatt's purpose, demonstrate and reinforce Hyatt’s Values
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
- Provide support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and advise any new training material that would be beneficial to the hotel
What you should have:
- Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
- Effective communication skills and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
