Summary

What you will do:

  • Create a rewarding Associate Journey by identifying training needs
  • Support the implementation of Hyatt's purpose, demonstrate and reinforce Hyatt’s Values
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
  • Provide support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and advise any new training material that would be beneficial to the hotel
Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Effective communication skills and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
