1.充分了解酒店的各项设施、产品及服务。
2.熟练运用销售技巧推广酒店的产品和服务。
3.熟知酒店价格体系及合作伙伴协议，按照政策处理预订。
4.及时处理通过OTA后台、电子邮件等进行的预订，并确保预订录入的准确性。
5.完善补充直连预订的相关信息。
6.查看团队锁房情况，按照流程批房。
7.调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况。
8.按照预订担保政策跟进未担保预订，并处理电汇凭证。
9.监测房态情况，及时发出开关房通知。
10.按照集团标准接听电话，并及时跟进客人需求。
11.跟进未接来电，并做好记录。
12.跟进24小时内的叫醒设置。
13.跟进客房座机拨打权限级别设置。
14.检查审核merlin 入住率，并打印报表。
15.协助收益经理制作相关报表。
16.相关后台的离店审核。
17.旅行社佣金审核。
18.每月跟进系统考勤。
19.每月整理预订单以及报表存放。
20.检查墨盒纸张等办公用品情况。
21.在部门内部维持高度的沟通和反馈。
22.监管员工每日工作，提供建设性的，持续的支持和建议以提高宾客服务经验。
23.通过口头或书面形式监测和测试知识水平，以确定培训需求，并组织培训课程，以提高团队技能。
24.制作每月培训计划及培训报告。
25.检查当班员工每人check list 工作内容的执行情况。
