Indian restaurant Shahjahan, located in the heart of the Jordaan district (Amsterdam), just a five-minute walk from the Anne Frank House, is looking for 4 enthusiastic and experienced independent working cook -I.
Your role- Prepare authentic North Indian dishes such as curries and tandoori specialties
- Perform preparatory tasks such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing, and stirring
- Cook à la minute, portion, and garnish orders to ensure everything is fresh and ready on time
- Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, HACCP regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
