This Is More Than a Training Program

You won't be sitting behind a desk watching someone else manage the operation.

You'll be learning how a residential program operates day to day, working with students and staff, supporting events and activities, and developing the skills needed to eventually take ownership of operational responsibilities.

Your training will include exposure to:

Residential Life & Property Operations

• Daily residential and property operations
• Housing coordination and organization
• Student and resident support
• Scheduling, resources, and operational workflows
• Standards, procedures, and compliance

Business Administration

• Administrative systems and document management

By the end of the program, you won't simply have another international experience on your résumé.

You'll have 18 months of progressive management and operations experience in the United States.
