Your Culinary Experience

As a Culinary Trainee, you will gain exposure to professional hotel culinary operations, including:

Food preparation and production
Restaurant and hotel kitchen operations
Banquet and event culinary service
Professional food presentation and quality standards
Kitchen organization, sanitation, and safety
High-volume service and professional kitchen teamwork
U.S. hospitality standards and culinary practices

The property offers multiple food and beverage outlets as well as extensive meeting and event operations, providing exposure to the variety and pace of culinary service within a full-service hotel.
