Responsibilities & duties:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain constant communication with the floor and management team regarding table status and guest flow.
- Ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Answer phone calls, manage booking systems, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle waitlists and walk-in guests with excellent customer service.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold fine dining service standards.
- Coordinate with servers and management to accommodate special requests and VIP guests.
- Monitor the entrance and dining room atmosphere to ensure organization and elegance.

About you
- Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
- Experience using reservation systems.
- Ability to work evenings, eventually mornings andweekends
- Fluent Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive and welcoming personality.
- Languages required: English and Spanish. French and Italian are a plus
