Lead Bartender
About the job
We are looking for a creative, organised bartender who enjoys crafting cocktails and connecting with guests. At Luma, the bar is more than a service point - it is part of the experience and we want someone who feels that way too.
Your day to day:
Prepare cocktails, coffee and drinks to a consistent standard
Keep the bar organised, clean and well stocked
Work in sync with servers and the kitchen
Contribute ideas for new drinks and seasonal specials
- From 1800 a month depending on experience
- Accommodation is provided
- We provide 2 hot meals One day off per week Possibility of permanent employment Creative involvement in developing the cocktail menu Tips are shared across the team

About you
We are looking for:
Solid experience behind a bar
Knowledge of cocktail preparation, coffee and wines
Ability to stay organised under pressure
Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Language required: English. Albanian, Croatian, Italian, and Spanish are a plus
