Guest Relations & Reservations Specialist

We are looking for a Guest Relations & Reservations Specialist to join our short-term rental management team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences while managing reservations across multiple online booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations received through Booking.com, Airbnb, IdoSell and other online sales channels.
  • Communicate with guests before arrival, during their stay, and after check-out.
  • Provide guests with information regarding their stay and assist in resolving any issues or requests.
  • Maintain and update reservation calendars and property availability.
  • Coordinate apartment preparation with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor guest reviews and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Support the optimization of listings and contribute to increasing occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage reservations through PMS and Channel Manager systems.
  • Prepare reports and monitor occupancy performance and booking trends.

About you

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, property management, or short-term rentals is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, IdoSell or similar reservation platforms is highly desirable.


  • Languages required: Polish and English.
