About the job

Mission: As a Guest Service Line Agent, you will support the day-to-day operations of the department by handling all guest requests via the telephone line. Your commitment to excellence in service and attention to detail will contribute directly to outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do


  • Deliver exceptional service by managing all guest requests through the hotel’s telephone line, in alignment with the customer service strategy.
  • Ensure a personalised guest experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations throughout the stay.
  • Promote hotel and destination services and products via phone, using upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise ancillary revenue.
  • Handle and follow up on guest incidents and requests, adhering strictly to established protocols and service standards.
  • Apply departmental standards, brand attributes, and operational manuals in all interactions.
  • Efficiently use all operational tools and systems related to guest service management.
  • Stay up to date with Voice of the Customer feedback and actively participate in improvement plans.

About you

What We Are Looking For


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, with advanced proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong orientation towards quality, customer service, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


  • Languages required: Portuguese, English, and French. Spanish is a plus
