About the job
As a Supervisor at Megapark , your main responsibility is to oversee the seamless operation of an asigned department, ensuring that every aspect of the venue runs smoothly and efficiently . You’ll ensure that protocols are strictly followed, and you’ll be the key point of contact for troubleshootong and finding solutions to any issues that arise during the service

About you
- Previous supervisory or management experience in high-volume environments such as hospitality, events, or nightlife
- Studies related to tourism, restaurant management, MBA, are valued
- Fluent in English, Spanish, German or Dutch (Professional or fluent level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee and control multiple operations simultaneously
- Excelent problem solving skills and abilityto implement solutions quickly effectively
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Experience in enforcing company policies and maintaining operational standards
- Team work ability
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
- Languages required: Spanish and English. German and Dutch are a plus
