We are looking for a professional profile in the nightlife and gastronomy industry who can understand the First-Floor concept, lead it operationally during the remainder of the 2026 season (immediate start until end of October), and actively contribute to its development, positioning and growth for the 2027 season and beyond.
Our goal is to build a stable management structure that returns for 2027 and becomes part of the long-term evolution of this premium project.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced VIP Hospitality Nightclub Manager to lead one of the most exclusive operational areas within Mega Park Mallorca.
This is a senior management position with a high level of responsibility, requiring a strong focus on planning, organization, business development, operational control and team leadership.
In addition to the operational management of the area, the manager will also act as Guest Service Experience Manager, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized, premium and memorable experience aligned with the standards of the First-Floor concept.
The successful candidate will lead a multicultural team of approximately 15–20 hostesses and service staff, maintaining the highest standards of service, procedures, presentation, protocols and dress code while operating in a dynamic, high-volume nightlife environment.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a hospitality professional with extensive experience in food & premium beverage operations and nightlife management.
Ideal to have a profile with:
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience within restaurants, premium bars, clubs, nightlife venues or luxury hospitality environments.
- Previous operational experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender or maître is highly valued.
- Demonstrable experience in team management and guest relations.
- Availability of professional references, contact people for reference checks, or written recommendation letters.
- A genuine intention to develop a long-term professional career within our company.
- Strong understanding of VIP service standards and premium products.
- Experience managing multicultural teams.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience in staff scheduling and workforce distribution.
- Knowledge of inventory management, bar operations and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- The ability to work under pressure without compromising service quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 15–20 employees.
- Organize staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce allocation.
- Supervise daily operations and guarantee exceptional service standards.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, protocols, service standards and dress code policies.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee POS operations and cash handling processes.
- Coordinate bar operations and stock control.
- Monitor inventories and operational supplies.
- Plan and coordinate VIP events, special activations and premium guest experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure an outstanding Guest Service Experience.
- Maintain excellent communication between departments.
- Contribute to operative and development training for the staff.
- Contribute to the continuous development and positioning of the First-Floor concept for the 2027 season.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
- Legal documentation permitting employment in Spain. (UE passport/ Work permit or Temporary protection for Ukraine citizens)
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays according to operational needs.
- Advanced English is essential.
- Immediate availability to relocate to Mallorca.
- Professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Good presence with possibility to work in high standard dress code and high heels.
Other valuable skills:
- German and/or Spanish are considered a strong advantage.
- Professional career related to gastronomy and hospitality industry are considered.

- Salary according to the Balearic Islands Hospitality & Tourism Collective Agreement, with the final compensation package discussed individually in the official offer letter once the candidate has been selected. The package may include additional corporate and position-related benefits depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
