About the job
A Accor é uma gigante francesa de hospitalidade, líder global com milhares de hotéis e marcas diversas.
• Recepcionar os hóspedes/clientes na chegada ao hotel, abordando-os, retirando bagagens, acompanhando-os ao apartamento, apresentando as instalações e prestando informações gerais sobre a unidade e outros.
• Executar serviços de entrega de documentos, encomendas e outros nos apartamentos, atendendo à solicitações dos hóspedes, bem como controlar envio e recebimento de malotes.
• Zelar pela conservação e limpeza da área de recepção (limpeza de cinzeiros, organização de jornais e revistas etc).
• Cuidar das bagagens, zelando pela sua integridade e segurança, bem como identificá-las corretamente, afixando o ticket de bagagem.
• Manter a organização e controle dos itens guardados no Maleiro, tais como protocolos, malas e etc.
• Intermediar informações entre os pedidos de táxi e taxistas.
• Responsável pela reposição de materiais diversos do departamento (FNRH, material de escritório, passaporte para chave, cartão de visita, balas, etc)
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
