We are looking for a welcoming and organised Front Desk Receptionist to create a smooth, memorable experience for guests from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payments.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel’s rooms, dining venues, and facilities.
- Maintain guest records, shift reports, and payment documentation.

About you
Requirements
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel, preferably in an upscale or luxury property.
- Hands-on knowledge of the OPERA property management system is essential.
- Excellent English communication and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently during busy shifts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Additional languages are an advantage.
