Compiti:
- Prendere le ordinazioni;
- Occuparsi della mise-en-place;
- Presentare e portare in tavola i piatti che richiedono speciali preparazioni in sala;
- Coordinare e organizzare il proprio rango con l’aiuto dei commis de rang;
- Offrire ai clienti un servizio d’eccellenza.
Skills:
- Conoscenza di almeno due lingue tra quelle elencate (italiano, tedesco e inglese);
- Un’ottima capacità di comunicazione;
- Spirito di osservazione;
- Capacità organizzative.
