Job Description
Your New Purpose!
Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires modern culinary skills, delivering surprising creations that reflect the best of today’s cuisine—blending innovation, aesthetics, and flavor. It also demands strong management experience and a continuous dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role in Action!
Create and update menus, ensuring they are innovative, appealing, and aligned with guest expectations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and culinary events.
Oversee all daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
Coordinate the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Manage food and supply inventory, placing necessary orders and effectively controlling costs.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure ingredient quality and secure the best rates.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with other departments, such as banquets and events, to plan and execute catering services and special events.
Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and tools to keep the hotel’s offerings relevant and competitive.
Monitor and control kitchen operating costs to ensure the profitability of culinary activities.
Qualifications
Who Are You?
Studies in gastronomy, culinary arts, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Executive Chef for at least 3 years in a luxury hotel environment or high-end restaurants.
Proficiency in multiple culinary techniques and experience with various cooking styles, from local to international cuisine.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and inspiring a diverse kitchen team.
