About the job

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes planning, organizing, and leading a skilled team of subordinates. You will also be responsible for demonstrating a passion for modern cuisine and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in a top restaurant kitchen
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for modern cuisine and the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Ability to train and motivate team members

  • Starting from €32,000 Gross per year (excluding benefits)

The company

The one80 concept was born out of a passion for food, a feeling that is mutual between founding duo Rouvin Zammit Apap and Jesmond Vella.
