• Curate and manage the wine selection
• Offer personalized recommendations and wine pairings
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance
guest experiences
• Maintain inventory and ensure cellar organization

About you
• Have previous experience as a Sommelier in a busy,
upmarket dining environment.
• Have WSET Level 2 accreditation or equivalent
• Have up to date knowledge and expertise on wines
and beverages
- Language required: English.
