Mission: Prepare the restaurant’s bar service to maintain quality standards and consistency of service.

Job Summary:

Present the drinks menu to the guest;
Prepare and serve drinks and other snacks;
Anticipate and communicate replacement needs to the supervisor;
Meet the guest’s special requests;
Present bills/payments and operate with sales/cash terminals.

About you

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service;
Ability to work in a team;
Strong communication skills;
Strong sense of customer orientation;
Good appearance.
Education/Professional Experience:

Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
Previous experience in the F&B Service Department.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Language required: Portuguese. English is a plus
