We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal offerings, and recipe implementation.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and stock control.
• Train, coach, and develop junior chefs.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
