About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Restaurants. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

Our Sommeliers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.

Our Ideal Sommelier

You’ll embody our values and bring:

A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences

Proven experience as a Junior Sommelier or Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment
WSET Level 1 or 2 (desired), but will consider applicants with the willingness to learn develop

A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team

A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
