Il candidato ideale ha esperienza pregressa in strutture di pari livello e/o in ristoranti di Fine Dining.
Principali responsabilità:
- Rispetta gli standard sulla salute e la sicurezza previsti in cucina;
- Preparare e supervisionare la preparazione, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti;
- Supervisionare i Commis della sua partita nella preparazione, cottura e presentazione dei piatti.

- Capacità di supportare i Commis/Demi Chef de Partie facendoli crescere;
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
- Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
