In qualità di tirocinante Hostess presso il nostro Tiepolo Lounge Terrace, sarai inserita nel team Food & Drink e ti occuperai di:

Acquisire una conoscenza approfondita dell’offerta del menu e degli standard di servizio del reparto.
Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti con cortesia, professionalità e attenzione alle loro esigenze.
Gestire le richieste degli ospiti in modo tempestivo ed efficiente, garantendo un’esperienza di alta qualità.
Supportare il team nelle attività operative quotidiane del ristorante.
Seguire le corrette procedure interne e segnalare eventuali problematiche al proprio supervisore.
Rispettare gli standard Hilton in termini di grooming, uniforme, ordine e igiene personale.
Collaborare nella gestione delle prenotazioni e nell’organizzazione della disposizione dei tavoli.
Conoscere la disposizione della sala e contribuire al corretto flusso del servizio.
Rispettare le procedure di sicurezza dell’hotel, le norme antincendio e tutta la normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.
