Assistant Pastry Chef
About the job
Make every voyage a sweet one for our guests by creating a wide variety of delicious pastries and desserts. You will manage the production, quality, and display of baked goods for the pastry shop and all buffet lines, working closely with the Pastry Chef to manage the performance of the team. You will also assist them with food requisitions, reports, and transportation of pastries; ensure the cleanliness of the pastry shop and all related workstations; and manage costs through accurate forecast and requisition. If you have similar experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service, then you just might be the next awesome member of our Pastry team!
