Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor supports the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Carpenters and Upholsterers. The position provides leadership and management to the Team to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. This rolecoordinates and oversees Team workload, provides support, monitors challenges, and meetstargets and quality standards. The Facilities Maintenance Lead possesses deliversindustry-leading service and demonstrates exemplary technical skills. Therole must have excellent skills in communication, multitasking, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive working environment. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
