Food Safety Manager

The Food Safety Manager is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in all food and beverage areas on the Destination. This role drives a positive working environment and focuses on public health and food safety. This role supports the Service Operations Director and F&B Director in all operational aspects of food safety aspects to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Member Satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company targets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standards. This role works closely with the 3rd party contractor responsible for food and beverage operation that includes but not limited to production, presentation, service, and contract compliance, public health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Flexibility to work day and night shifts is required for this role. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
