About the job
TheISPS Officer is accountable for ensuring the safety and security of the pieroperations full compliance with the International Ship and Port FacilitySecurity (ISPS) Code. The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining,and enforcing the ISPS Plan, Security Plan, safeguarding Guests, Team Members,Visitors, Assets, and Systems, and directing effective responses to securityincidents and emergencies.
TheISPS Officer leads and oversees the pier security operation, ensuringcontinuous surveillance, access control, and protective measures are executedin accordance with Company standards and regulatory requirements. The positionpartners closely with the Port Director and Security Supervisor to support allsecurity operations, driving performance against established objectives, KPIs,Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas.
Thisrole leads by example and requires strong leadership, organization, andattention to detail, along with effective training delivery, Guest and TeamMember engagement, and a thorough understanding of Company policies, securityprocedures, and service standards to maintain a secure and compliant operatingenvironment.
