About the job
Per l'area piscina/benessere del nostro Hotel, ricerchiamo un Bagnino / Assistente Bagnanti. La figura vigilerà sulla sicurezza degli ospiti durante l'utilizzo delle strutture acquatiche, garantendo un ambiente sereno, ordinato e conforme alle normative di sicurezza.
AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE Prevenire gli incidenti, sorvegliare attivamente le vasche, intervenire tempestivamente in caso di emergenza e gestire il servizio di accoglienza nell'area piscina (distribuzione teli, sistemazione lettini).
OBIETTIVI GENERALI Il compito è svolto in modo soddisfacente quando:
- Viene garantita la sicurezza assoluta dei bagnanti attraverso una sorveglianza vigile e costante.
- L'area piscina e solarium è mantenuta in perfetto stato di pulizia e ordine durante tutto l'arco della giornata.
- Gli ospiti si sentono accolti e assistiti con cortesia per ogni loro necessità.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Sorveglianza: Monitoraggio continuo dello specchio d'acqua e delle zone circostanti per prevenire situazioni di pericolo.
- Primo Soccorso: Esecuzione tempestiva delle tecniche di salvataggio e di primo soccorso/BLS in caso di necessità.
- Gestione Area: Allestimento quotidiano dei lettini, degli ombrelloni e distribuzione dei teli mare agli ospiti.
- Controllo Acque: Supporto alla manutenzione nel monitoraggio dei parametri chimici dell'acqua (cloro, pH) e della pulizia delle vasche.
- Far rispettare il regolamento: Assicurarsi che gli ospiti rispettino le norme di comportamento e sicurezza della piscina con garbo e professionalità.
REQUISITI:
- Brevetti: Possesso del Brevetto di Assistente Bagnanti (rilasciato da FIN, SNS o equivalenti) in corso di validità e certificazione BLS/Primo Soccorso.
- Esperienza: Precedente esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente presso hotel, resort o stabilimenti balneari di fascia alta.
- Lingue: Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello conversazionale.
- Soft Skills: Massima soglia di attenzione, reattività, forte senso di responsabilità e ottime doti relazionali.
