Per il nostro dipartimento di Housekeeping, ricerchiamo Housekeeping Attendant. La figura ricoprirà un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire che l'esperienza dell'ospite sia impeccabile, mantenendo i massimi standard di pulizia, ordine e comfort all'interno delle camere e delle suite dell'hotel.
AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE Eseguire le operazioni di pulizia e riassetto delle camere, garantendo che ogni dettaglio sia curato prima dell'arrivo dell'ospite e durante il suo soggiorno, operando con massima discrezione.
OBIETTIVI GENERALI Il compito è svolto in modo soddisfacente quando:
- Le camere raggiungono standard di pulizia d'eccellenza, senza difetti visibili.
- Le tempistiche di riassetto rispettano gli standard operativi della struttura.
- La privacy e la sicurezza degli ospiti e dei loro beni sono rigorosamente tutelate.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Riassetto e Pulizia: Cambio della biancheria, rifacimento dei letti, pulizia profonda di bagni e superfici, aspirazione e spolvero.
- Allestimento: Rifornimento delle amenities da bagno, minibar, materiali informativi e biancheria pulita.
- Segnalazioni: Riporto tempestivo al Supervisore o alla Manutenzione di eventuali guasti, danni o malfunzionamenti all'interno delle camere.
- Organizzazione: Corretta gestione e ordine del proprio carrello di servizio e delle office di piano.
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza: Esperienza pregressa nelle pulizie ai piani, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri di lusso.
- Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza dei prodotti detergenti, delle tecniche di sanificazione e dell'uso di macchinari per la pulizia.
- Soft Skills: Discrezione assoluta, attenzione ai dettagli, affidabilità e buona resistenza fisica.
