Front Office Trainee | Internship Position in Spain
About the job
As a Front Office Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in positions such as Reception, Guest Relations, Groom/Bellboy, or e-Concierge within the Rooms Division department, always according to operational needs and under the guidance and decision of your Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently while ensuring accurate guest registration.
- Manage telephone calls and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Stay informed about daily arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special events.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions when needed.
Support Front Office operations with administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Manager.

- 1.000 EUR Gross per month
- Free Shared accommodation provided.
- • Full board meals in the employee restaurant • Free daily transportation to and from work • Transfer from the local airport to the resort • Monthly salary of €850 net in Greece & €1000 gross in Spain • Professional uniform with laundry service included. • Priority consideration for permanent roles or future management development programs within the Group.

About you
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece or Spain).

• Must be at least 18 years old by the official internship start date.
