Maitre d’hôtel

As a maitre d’hôtel, you supervise the restaurant, bistro, bar and sun deck and ensure that the waiters maintain service standards at all times. You ensure your team is working according to Scylla standards. You are responsible for our guest’s satisfaction, materials and machines in your area. You train, coach, advise, support and delegate your team of waiters.

• Experience in F&B in a leading role
