Seasons Collection is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Host with a strong background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, private chalets, or superyachts to join our Niseko residences for the upcoming winter season.
This role is ideally suited to candidates eligible for a Japan Working Holiday Visa, offering a unique opportunity to combine high-end hospitality experience with a seasonal lifestyle in one of the world’s premier ski destinations.

The Role
As Senior Residential Host – Beverage & Service, you will play a key role in delivering and elevating the guest experience across all service touchpoints.
From morning coffee through to evening dining and après-ski, you will ensure that every moment is executed with precision, flow, and attention to detail.
You will lead beverage service, coordinate closely with the culinary and housekeeping teams, and maintain a confident yet discreet presence with guests, anticipating needs while respecting privacy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, private chalets, or superyachts
- Strong background in beverage service, including wine, cocktails, and coffee
- Ability to confidently prepare and deliver a range of cocktails to a high standard
- Good understanding of wine, including service, pairing, and guest recommendations
- Experience delivering full hosting cycles, including breakfast, dinner service, and daily guest interaction
- Experience creating and delivering themed experiences, including in-residence events, après-ski moments, and bespoke activations both within the residence and off-site
- Fluent English spoken and written is essential, with strong guest interaction skills
- Japanese language is not required while welcomed
- Experience in high-touch, guest-facing environments
- High level of attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to operate within a small, high-performing team
Working Holiday Visa Eligibility
- Candidates must be eligible for a Japan Working Holiday Visa
- Typically, available to applicants aged 18–30 (depending on passport country) – Applicants must check working holidays visa eligibility online
- Applicants must apply for the visa from their home country prior to arrival
